What’s your best advice for starting a workout routine?

Don’t be hard on yourself- know what YOU want and what you are physically capable of (injury restrictions etc). Be nice to your body-you only get one….

One fun fact about you:

Before becoming a Pilates teacher, I wanted to be a freelance chef, and ended up selling wine!

Anything else you want to share?

I have always worked out my entire life, whether it was dance, gymnastics, aerobic/cardio, gym, etc.   I started Pilates in 2008 as something to try that didn’t aggravate my back that was able to correct some debilitating issues from it.  From there, I knew it was the best thing I had ever done and have continued ever since.  Now, as a Pilates Instructor, I can relate to many challenges clients are going through in one form or another.
