It is recommended to take a few private sessions prior to joining a group class so you can learn the ins and outs of the equipment. But, if you are a confident mover and free from injuries, you may sign up for any group reformer class listed on the schedule. While all of our classes offer the opportunity for a challenging workout, CONNECT is the most beginner friendly class, MOMENTUM and ELEVATE are intermediate to advanced levels. Email or text if you would like help deciding what to schedule first!

The answer is always whatever makes you comfortable. We recommend something stretchy enough to move in all directions, and to avoid oversized clothing that you’ll need to constantly tug it back into place.
For footwear, grippy socks or clean, bare feet are appropriate. Non-grip socks are not permitted. Grippy socks are available in studio for purchase.
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, and excessive lotions, body oils, or hair products.

We offer 20+ classes per week that you can sign up for online, plus additional time slots for private and semi-private sessions.
If you are interested in a class but do not see a time listed that fits your schedule, reach out and we’ll see if we can create one for you based on additional interest.

Thank you for respecting our firm cancellation policy of 12 hours for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions. Classes and Sessions cancelled within the 12/24 hour windows, as well as no shows, will be considered a late cancel and result in a charge of the full session cost, or loss of Class/Session from a your pre-purchased package. Sessions canceled before the 12/24 hour mark, or early cancels, will have no charge.
Our intimate class sizes are a beautiful thing but it also means spots are very limited. We want to make sure there are no missed opportunities for people to get into class — if you cannot make it to class, please log on and cancel your session so someone else can fulfill their Pilates dreams for that day.

Nope! We love all types of movement and we know we only offer one specific type of it. We’re thrilled to be incorporated in to your overall movement practice and will be here for you as many times as you need us!

There is always one available parking spot behind the building for Momentum customers. All private sessions may use that one designated parking space for their session.
Please move your car after your session if you are planning on walking in Hampton park or going for coffee after class.
When arriving for a duo or trio, remember there is only one designated spot. If you arrive closer to class time, especially between 10am-4pm, please enjoy the free parking on Moultrie Street or in the lot in the park diagonal to the studio. If the lot behind the building is full when you arrive for class, please do not squeeze in as you may block other cars trying to get out.

The studio opens about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. If you arrive early and the studio door is not open, please have a seat on the bench in the hallway and we will be right with you!
Before your first class, you will be sent email an link to our Introduction Form. Please fill out this form prior to your first class, and let your instructor know of any injuries/special considerations prior to your class starting.
