Momentum is a Level Two intermediate-level Pilates Reformer class that focuses on creative exercise combinations and building strength through a variety of different movement modalities. In Momentum, we begin to remove some of the bases of support and challenge our strength and coordination at the same time. While maintaining the precision of traditional Pilates techniques, this class emphasizes creative flows, and mindful planning to keep you engaged and moving with intention.

Elevate is a Level Three class designed for seasoned practitioners, this level three Pilates Reformer class pushes the boundaries of strength, control, and precision. Building on a deep understanding of Pilates fundamentals, this class introduces advanced, challenging movements that require a high degree of body awareness, coordination, and stability.
