OG Moves
OG Moves is a beginner-intermediate level Reformer class that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. This is a great starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates, as well as a place for seasoned vets to refine and advance their Pilates practice.

Tight
Tight is our intermediate level, no-nonsense Pilates Reformer class. Expect repeating movements that add all the pulses, holds, and squeezes to leave you feeling... well, tight! This full body workout has an extra emphasis on lifted glutes, sculpted abs and strong arms. Tight utilizes the Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformer and specialty props.

Strong
Strong is our intermediate to advanced level contemporary Pilates class that explores advanced Pilates concepts alongside the fundamentals of strength training. You will utilize the Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer and specialty props to create a full body workout that challenges your grasp of Pilates principles while challenging your strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, control and more.
Prior reformer experience required.

Prenatal
Our Prenatal Pilates classes are designed to keep you moving in a way that accommodates your current stage of pregnancy without the need for constant modifications. You will focus on exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being throughout your pregnancy and in your life with your newborn.
