About Momentum

Nestled adjacent to Hampton Park, Momentum provides an exclusive training environment with small class sizes. Limited to just four individuals per session, our classes prioritize personalized attention and tailored adjustments, ensuring every participant receives individualized support, even within a group dynamic. Whether you bring along three companions for a friend-date or join solo to forge new connections, our inviting atmosphere fosters camaraderie and community.

Meet Michelle

As the owner of Momentum and a devoted movement enthusiast, Michelle's passion evolved into a career when her background in dance led her to teaching group fitness classes in college. Group fitness turned into personal training and continued expanding as she integrated various movement modalities into her own life and that of her clients.

Michelle is an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer, a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She has over 15 years of teaching experience and her pursuit of movement has been lifelong.

She firmly believes that movement patterns shape lives, infusing energy into both daily activities and aspirations. Movement doesn't need to conform to a specific mold; it simply needs to invigorate.

At Momentum, Michelle's aim is to ignite a love affair with movement, to disrupt routine, educate about the body and fitness, and create a space where individuals can explore their unique potential.
