Momentum Matters

No one has an unlimited store of energy—or motivation, inspiration, or dedication. We have to continuously create these qualities in our lives. The choices we make each day either keep us moving forward or leave us standing still.

What Momentum Means to Me

I have seen movement build strength, break down walls, act as a catalyst of healing, and redirect unclear visions. The power is in the energy you create while you’re moving. This energy keeps your momentum going and going and going.

When deciding on what to name my movement studio, I kept thinking of my clients and their habits. Everyone comes to their session with different goals, experiences and routines, but one thing remains the same — when they’re moving their bodies, they’re making moves in other parts of their lives, too. The confidence and clarity they receive from their workout ripples out into all areas of their lives. It creates momentum for the rest of their day/week, helping them get closer to whatever their non-fitness goals are as well.

It’s not about getting you to believe there is one best way to move. It’s about giving you the space to explore the way you move best, and the encouragement to then explore where the momentum you create you will take you.
