CONNECT is a Level One beginner to intermediate Pilates reformer class designed to ground you in your Pilates practice and establish a strong foundation for continued growth and progression. This class is designed to challenge your strength and endurance with approachable movements that offer support and minimize overly complicated combinations. Expect to leave feeling rooted in your practice, grounded in both mind and body, and energized for whatever comes next.
Momentum
intermediate-Experienced
Momentum is a Level Two intermediate-level Pilates Reformer class that focuses on creative exercise combinations and building strength through a variety of different movement modalities. In Momentum, we begin to remove some of the bases of support and challenge our strength and coordination at the same time. While maintaining the precision of traditional Pilates techniques, this class emphasizes creative flows, and mindful planning to keep you engaged and moving with intention.
Elevate
ExperienceD
Elevate is our Level Two + Cardio class utilizing Balanced Body's Allegro 2 Jumpboards. Designed for experienced practitioners, this class pushes the limits of strength, endurance, and control while delivering a heart-pumping, full-body workout.
Expect dynamic sequences that fire up your core, glutes, and arms, with a special focus on elevating your heart rate and building strength and stamina from the ground up.
PRENATAL
Our Prenatal Pilates classes are designed to keep you moving in a way that accommodates your current stage of pregnancy without the need for constant modifications. You will focus on exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being throughout your pregnancy and in your life with your newborn.
